Do tears roll down your face? Slowly till they fall?
Does a once stong heart now struggle to beat?
Has a world of turmoil worn out an active mind?
To what ends must one search such simply to find
That the things we cherished most were already ours.
And in this life it seems that greater challenges we meet
Around even the smallest corner. Unavoiable they are.
How should one wade through such and  arise with mind unjarred?

Impossible - it's hopeless. The towel has been pitched in!
No more! No more! I Don't care what it takes to win!
The price that one must pay just to struggle all alone
Destroys even the meaning in trying to find a home.
Just give me peace, just give me rest.
All this pain I most detest....

But is our journey so short, does the sapling wilt so soon?
Clipped before its leaves would sprout in the afternoon?
Yet even when injured, its journey is far from complete
For injuries with time are conquered, and wisdom gained.
All through the suffering of this most peculiar game.
And familiar pain a wiser mind seldom lets repeat.

Even though the pain may leave scars on the brain.
Troubled pasts and inner demons we manage to tame.
Through the strength of our wills... and, a helping hand.
Always eager it tries to help regardless of demand.

Do tears roll down your face? Slowly do they fall?
Then please reach out to me  - you're not alone after all.
I hope that everyone who reads this is able to cheer up a little.
I spent a total of 30 minutes writing it, so sorry if it has an unrefined quality to it. It's simply supposed to be emotion put into thought.
